報告摘要

藍(lan)光半導體(ti)激光器的應(ying)用(yong)(yong)在最近幾(ji)年得(de)到廣泛拓(tuo)展,持續推動著銅、鋁等高(gao)反材(cai)(cai)料加工方(fang)式的變革。與紅外(wai)光相比,藍(lan)光對高(gao)反金屬(shu)的高(gao)吸收率為傳統工業應(ying)用(yong)(yong),如切割,焊接帶(dai)來了(le)巨大的便利。除材(cai)(cai)料加工外(wai),藍(lan)光在醫療、照明、泵浦(pu)等領域(yu)的應(ying)用(yong)(yong)也倍受關注(zhu)。

? 常用的(de)(de)光學(xue)材料(liao)對藍光的(de)(de)吸收高于紅外光,比如紅外光常用的(de)(de)高折射(she)率玻璃(li)S-TIH53;

? 材料對激光(guang)的吸收會導(dao)致(zhi)熱透鏡效(xiao)應(ying),致(zhi)使產品尺寸變化進(jin)而影響產品光(guang)學性能;

? 微(wei)光學透鏡的溫升(sheng)可能會影響膠水(shui)性能,進而(er)影響產品光學性能。

熔融石(shi)英由(you)于對(dui)藍(lan)光吸收極低,是藍(lan)光微光學元器件(jian)的(de)理想材料,但熔融石(shi)英具有(you)折射率較低的(de)缺(que)點,這就要(yao)求(qiu)從光學設計的(de)角度進行優化,從而更好(hao)地對(dui)材料進行應用。
