隨(sui)著激(ji)光(guang)(guang)(guang)技術的(de)(de)飛速發展,激(ji)光(guang)(guang)(guang)應用領域(yu)在廣(guang)度和深度上不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)(duan)拓展,各行業(ye)對于(yu)加(jia)工效(xiao)率(lv)以及加(jia)工精(jing)度也不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)(duan)提(ti)出更高(gao)的(de)(de)要求(qiu),進而(er)對高(gao)均(jun)勻(yun)度以及不(bu)(bu)同(tong)尺寸光(guang)(guang)(guang)斑的(de)(de)需求(qiu)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)(duan)增多。激(ji)光(guang)(guang)(guang)光(guang)(guang)(guang)斑從傳統的(de)(de)“點”已(yi)經逐(zhu)漸發展為加(jia)工效(xiao)率(lv)更高(gao)的(de)(de)“線”和“面”。
炬(ju)光(guang)(guang)(guang)科技(ji)結合自(zi)身“產生光(guang)(guang)(guang)子(zi)(zi)”、“調控光(guang)(guang)(guang)子(zi)(zi)”的(de)(de)能力(li),設(she)計出的(de)(de)高(gao)均勻度、光(guang)(guang)(guang)斑形狀(zhuang)可定制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)高(gao)可靠性光(guang)(guang)(guang)子(zi)(zi)應用系(xi)統已(yi)被廣泛(fan)應用在先進顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)、集(ji)成電路、鋰電池制(zhi)(zhi)造、玻璃和光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)等(deng)泛(fan)半(ban)導體(ti)(ti)制(zhi)(zhi)程中以實(shi)現更高(gao)的(de)(de)加工效率和提(ti)高(gao)生產良率,具體(ti)(ti)應用于(yu)OLED 制(zhi)(zhi)程中的(de)(de)激(ji)光(guang)(guang)(guang)剝離,集(ji)成電路制(zhi)(zhi)程中的(de)(de)激(ji)光(guang)(guang)(guang)退火(huo)、新型顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)程中的(de)(de)巨量焊接等(deng)泛(fan)半(ban)導體(ti)(ti)制(zhi)(zhi)程領域。

演講人:顧維一,炬光科技應用系統產品總監。畢業于西安工業大學電信學院,工學碩士學位,在激光應用領域有超過十年的從業經驗,專注于高功率半導體激光系統在先進制造和泛半導體領域的產品和應用開發,先后主導了炬光科技DLight H、DLight S及FLux H系列高功率半導體激光系統的產品開發。
