會議報告 | 晶圓級微光學技術賦能新興應用領域的未來

晶圓級微納光學(WLO)精密壓印加工制造技術,可結合微納光學設計目標進行母版的設計與制造,并在6英寸或8英寸晶圓基板上進行高精密壓印、易于擴展的晶圓級工藝,滿足微納光學元器件的大規模生產。紫外線固化、低溫、低壓工藝,可針對微米/納米結構特征進行適形再現。晶圓級堆疊工藝(WLS)技術使用先(xian)進(jin)的(de)掩(yan)膜對(dui)準設備(bei)對(dui)多(duo)個光(guang)學晶(jing)圓(yuan)與剛性間隔(ge)塊進(jin)行幾微米級(ji)精度堆(dui)疊,具備(bei)無鏡筒、支架、高度緊湊、高度集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)和可(ke)回流等(deng)特征,更可(ke)集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)光(guang)圈、鍍(du)膜、光(guang)譜濾波等(deng)附加功能,實現經(jing)濟高效的(de)晶(jing)圓(yuan)級(ji)光(guang)學鏡頭模組(zu)。
