近日，炬光科技晶圓級透鏡堆疊(WLS)技術在由蘇州納(na)(na)米城與深圳市微納(na)(na)制造產業促進會舉(ju)辦的“2024-2025年度微納(na)(na)制造技術產業化優秀(xiu)案例評選”中(zhong)榮獲(huo)“領航企業獎(jiang)”、”工藝先鋒獎(jiang)”兩項獎(jiang)項。




炬光科技晶圓級透鏡堆疊(WLS)技術運用半導體工藝，可(ke)(ke)在(zai)整(zheng)片玻璃晶圓上批量復(fu)制生產透鏡，再將多個透鏡晶圓壓合，最終(zhong)切割(ge)成(cheng)單個微(wei)型光學成(cheng)像鏡頭。其優(you)勢(shi)在(zai)于(yu)：1. 可(ke)(ke)高(gao)效實現微(wei)納光學元器件與(yu)模組的(de)小型化、高(gao)精度，易于(yu)擴展的(de)大批量生產制造；2. 能夠實現光學晶圓的(de)微(wei)米級精確(que)堆(dui)疊，可(ke)(ke)集成(cheng)光圈(quan)、鍍膜、光譜濾(lv)波器等附加功能；3. 可(ke)(ke)提供(gong)適(shi)合CSP傳感器的(de)可(ke)(ke)回流解決方案(an)，確(que)保光學產品的(de)穩定(ding)與(yu)高(gao)效。
